Sessions

As each person and the cause of their problem is unique, the number of sessions required depends entirely on the individual case. Typically, locating and correcting the cause of a symptom/condition can often be achieved quite quickly, whereas some people may need a little longer, depending on the individual and their case issues and the treatment plan offered. Successful therapy requires a commitment to treatment and a desire to change, and goals can be achieved more quickly when clients are open and receptive to the idea of hypnosis, since no one can be hypnotised against their will. All of our hypnotherapy sessions last for approximately 40-60 minutes. The initial consultation can take up to 90 mins.

Initial ConsultationFREE

Consultation:

Your very first appointment will be you Initial Consultation assessment. This normally lasts about 1 hour and will allow us to make a diagnosis of your primary issues. It will also allow you to ask any questions you may have.

Contract:

Once we have agreed, during the Initial Consultation, that we can offer you a suitable treatment plan, a contract of treatment will be created by SR Hypnotherapy and Counselling and must be signed by

'you' the client before the first session starts on the same date.

Treatment Plan:

Using the information obtained from your Initial Consultation, a suitable treatment plan, consisting of our combination therapy (Hypnosis & Counselling), will be created to address you individual needs. You will be advised on the minimum amount of sessions required to meet you current needs, however, it is often the case that more or even less sessions may prove sufficent.

Fees:

Session£50

Due to the current Pandemic all sessions are via Video or telephone at the reduced rate of £40 per session.

Payment must be made in full before the start of the first session and by the end of each subsequent session (where additional sessions are required)
